Sarasota Area Visitors
Welcome Visitors to Sarasota and Her Islands

If you are visiting Sarasota (or planning to) you likely already know about her beaches, performance theater, fine arts district, museums, galleries, shopping, and dining.  What many visitors don't see immediately are the opportunities for community service, one of which is the Kiwanis Club of Siesta Key.  Our Club's purpose is preparing children for life success, especially children who otherwise might not reach their potential.  Read more on our Club's purpose and approach under "About Our Club" on the Home Page navigation bar.

Our Club meetings bring our members in contact with people and organizations from across the Sarasota Region - leaders of non-profits, community organizers, public servants, law enforcement officers, etc.  Their talks bring us news, insights and information of interest to our members.  Usually, but not always, this involves the lives of children and families within the scope of our purpose.  Our speakers are listed on our website under "Coming Events" on the Home Page navigation bar.

Visitors are always welcome.  If you are interested in a scheduled speaker or our focus on children, consider attending a Wednesday meeting.   We meet noon to 1:00 pm every Wednesday at Gecko’s Grill 5585 Palmer Crossing Cir, at Clark & Honore, Sarasota, Fl 34233.  Contact Kimberley Amos at kimberley.amos@gmail.com to speak with a member or further information.
