Today, the Siesta Key Kiwanis Club and Chick-fil-a, with the help of SKKC members Curtis Romp and Rick Michaels from Chick-fil-a, showed teachers at Sarasota Middle School how much they are appreciated.  Teachers are in all day training today as part of the professional day and we thought they could use a pick me up.  Thank you to the Sarasota County School District and to all the faulty and staff to dedicate their lives to growing future leaders. SKKC members Curtis, Mary Lynn and Michelle (with her daughter Andromeda) presented lunch to Dr. Harriet Moore, Principal of McIntosh Middle School.  

In addition, the Club presented the school with several children's books to add to their library. President, Joe Meyer, said the school was really surprised and so appreciative for all the books.
